this caller demanded a call from me - An annoying caller --Please block

"Hello, this is Heather" I get calls from this # every few days. This is quite irritating because I have asked to be removed from their call lists on numerous occasions and they still keep calling me. Furthermore, the # that they are calling me on is an emergency communication asset aboard my passenger vessel and its purpose is to function as a redundancy back up for our emergency radio gear. Any non authorized use of that asset endangers my vessel, crew and company. In effect, their incessant calls could be characterized as acts of tampering with an emergency communications system. Such acts are considered by federal law enforcement specialists as felony crimes and could be considered as acts of terrorism. Nothing, I called back but the one who pick-up said he did not call me.

Also when I did the research on this number it says it belongs to some Chiropractor thing in Allentown, PA but when I called this number it is automated and says something about enery savings. Not Interested.

Text are always coming from these numbers, who is it and how do I find out?

I never answers my phone unless I know who is calling but it is getting really annoying they call a few times a day.

they call 3 times a day when I asked them to take me off the call list they told me to tell someone about them and hung up.

Called and left a message it was urgent to speak to me. Have no idea who they are or what they are calling about.

Texted me telling my to call another number. Something about home energy savings. Called back original number and got no answer.

Received this call at 12:12 p. m. on my home phone . . . it's always "Rachel" at Card Services, blah blah I listened to the entire message so I could give someone a tongue-lashing and inform them I was on the Do Not Call List. I doubt it will help . . . BUT, I will report them via the Do Not Call Registry anyway.
